I just had it again most recently in August when I was visiting family in Southern California, and the chicken tortilla soup tasted freshly homemade, like I’d ladled it out of the pot on my own stove. This location is at at the corner of 104th & 256th, next to @kentmeridian415. I had to drive by to see it for myself! South King County and Kent, Washington are diverse, with many amazing local businesses and restaurants. Though this chain is based in California, it will have local ownership. John-Paul Piriro is a local restaurateur, who owns other restaurants and bars, including @jpstaproom just down the road from this location. it sounds like there may be other locations coming to the Puget Sound region in the future.
