New garden gate finished today, and the side yard transformation + seasonal backyard refresh is nearly complete. 🥹🥰 It was a very long work day, and I didn’t have it in me to harvest any peonies in the heat, (it was 90° today! 🥵) but I’m going to have quite a bounty tomorrow, that’s for sure!

New garden gate finished today, and the side yard transformation + seasonal backyard refresh is nearly complete. 🥹🥰 It was a very long work day, and I didn’t have it in me to harvest any peonies in the heat, (it was 90° today! 🥵) but I’m going to have quite a bounty tomorrow, that’s for sure!
After dinner, we sat outside as a family and watched the Mariners game in the yard with one of our fire pits for ambiance.
I am so grateful for this home, and this life that we’ve built. The kitchen is overrun with dishes that have piled up with busy schedules in the last few days, but I wouldn’t trade a 9pm sunset outside for the cleanest kitchen in the world. 💕
