Massive confession, I have only been ONE TIME. 🫣 These cherry blossoms are absolutely stunning, but we are blessed with many other areas around the Puget Sound region with amazing blossoms. This often includes random parking lots and neighborhood streets.
I definitely plan to go back at some point to see these in person at the University of Washington, but it is not my yearly bucket list.

Let’s Go Mariners! 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. I don’t know about you, but I definitely went through a grieving period after last season and just missing the World Series. I even felt it when the Seahawks won the Super Bowl, and was thinking that it should’ve been that feeling for me for us getting to the World Series.
I am so excited for the fresh season, the incredible T-Mobile Park views, the amazing food, the camaraderie, and America’s favorite past time. Baseball has always been such a huge part of my life, and going to Mariners games has been a cornerstone of my PNW living. I mostly can’t wait to get my hands on one of the @wastateferries souvenier boats! (And some of the ice cream from @mrsofteeicecream, which is THE best!)

First Day of Spring | where it all began • I had a late afternoon/early evening home inspection with my very sweet first time homebuyer clients, in a neighborhood called Marine Hills in Federal Way. This neighborhood has great water views, and offers a wide variety of price points and style of homes that lean toward mid-century modern and Northwest contemporary.
This neighborhood is also where I held my very first open house 12 years ago, and I remember feeling so excited and so nervous at the same time… there was so much unknown that lay ahead. I brought chocolate chip cookies to that open house, and I remember snapping the photo, feeling proud. I had just officially passed my licensing exam just 3 days before.
And here I am today, in full confidence with how to guide my clients through an inspection and the entire process... it feels so special and so rewarding. Afterward, I went to one of my favorite spots, just a few minutes down the road to Redondo Beach— to enjoy the beautiful spring evening by the salt water for a little bit. It rained so heavily on my way to the inspection, and then the sun came out and blue skies shone above. It was a really lovely evening, spent with really lovely people.
Before the inspection, I was also able to help problem solve (most of the credit belongs to my amazing Title team) a potentially massive issue for an equally sweet seller, which warmed my heart. 12 years ago me would be mighty proud.
Days like this are everything. 🥹
